Sorry for the delay, I have just been very busy at working and getting our new home situated.  Excellence was amazing.  I room was fantastic, we ended up having a corner swim up suit with a view of the beach. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!  We had a wonderful time, and I recommend the resort to anyone.  It was very helpful having VIP on our side down there. Their guide was very knowledgeable on the dos and don't both on and off the resort.  We had fantastic weather the entire week.  We could not have asked for a more perfect honeymoon.  Thank you for everything you have done for us.  Again sorry for the delay.  Oh if you send anyone else that way, we have or own tips.  If you interested in buying something from the flea market on the beach (which is right next to the resort) take a couple of beers from the hotel, and you will either great a great deal, or some of them will even give you a free oil painting.  Also we took the dun buggy tour that we booked through VIP.  It was well worth the money. Everything went great with beaches!! The girls had a wonderful time and we had no trouble out of them at all.. I will say the vestavia group that went the week before us (40 of them, guys and girls) really left a sour taste for the staff... almost everytime they found out we were from alabama, they immediately got a frown and mentioned the vestavia group.. apparently they did thousands of dollars worth of damage (a very wild group obviously and the exact reason why we didnt want our group to be any larger than it was and didnt want mixed company!) Some of the staff told them they could only have one drink because of that group, but most of the staff were very very friendly and accomodating. It didnt take long for them to see that our girls were chaperoned the entire time and were not a problem, in fact i think they all really enjoyed us being there!
The ONLY problem I had was with verizon, not anything to do with beaches or you. Verizon ASSURED me i would have service (and i asked more than once) and even though i qualified for a "free" international phone, they told me i didnt need it because i would have service. AT&T worked but not verizon. You may want to make a note when promoting this resort because internet service was sketchy too, and if someone was relying on phone service from verizon, they would be most unhappy.
I would definitely recommend this place to families and groups. There were many many restaurants and bars to choose from, and the food was very good and service excellent! No lines or waiting. The girls loved the club "liquid" an updated version of a 1970's disco with DJ, flashing lights and dancing. They also loved kareoke night! (They are terrible singers) The sailing trip aboard the kitty kat was alot of fun and of course the pools and beaches were amazing and the water gorgeous!
Thank yall for everything you did for us, and all of your patience! It was a trip they will have great memories of for a lifetime!

 

 

Negril was GREAT!!! We loved it and had an awesome time. The room was perfect also. There actually isn't anything negative to say about it. We had an awesome time. Thank you so much for helping us enjoy such an awesome honeymoon. Tyler wasn't ready to come home after 7 days, but I was. I love just being home...ha ha. All of our contact info is still the same, and we will keep you updated if it changes. I do have a friend that is about to get married. She and her fiance would like to go away to get married and have a few friends and family there too. She doesn't really want anything that requires a passport. We were thinking like maybe the Keys in FL. They want something that is all inclusive for the friends and family and has an all inclusive wedding package. Can you work on that for me, and get me some info and prices?
